elects a chairman and a vice chairman, who must be natural persons, for the board of directors
in its first meeting from among the members of the board.”

will not exceed the term of their membership in the board of directors. The board of directors can remove
the chairman and vice chairman of the board of directors from the mentioned positions at any time.
Any arrangement contrary to this article will be null and void.
